Cookery Opens in Flinders

Georgie Bass Cafe & Cookery has opened in the heart of Flinders! With a passion for wholesome, fresh, regional produce this unique contemporary café is also running a series of hands-on cooking classes. With the ability to host private cooking classes tailored to a group’s individual needs, this is a fantastic team building activity for corporate events when conferencing at the Flinders Hotel.

 

Georgie Bass Cafe & Cookery is open 7 days per week for ‘all day brekky’ and lunch. 

Open from 7am – 3pm Georgie Bass is serving fresh regional produce that is cooked by our passionate chefs onsite.  The cafe’s philosophy is that all food should not only taste good but should be good for you, and sources a lot of its produce locally.  But don’t worry, there are a few cheeky treats to enjoy along the way!  Powered by the world renowned Miele appliances, there are a series of interactive cooking classes so you can enjoy the Georgie Bass experience at home.

The Deck Bar & Bistro at the Flinders Hotel is open daily for lunch and dinner throughout the year.  Featuring a modern menu with seasonal dishes alongside pub classics, it’s a relaxed, friendly environment that welcomes couples, groups and families.  Having been awarded Best Menu & Wine List at the AHA awards, it certainly delivers on its promise of having great food and an extensive beverage offering!
